What is WebVR?

It’s a free JavaScript API — developed as an open-source project — that runs straight out of a web browser, which is all you need to load it up on your laptop or mobile and get started.

How does the judging work?

During the submission period, teams will have to account not only for the quality of their concepts, but for getting the maximum number of positive votes and views. On February 1st, submissions will be closed and the top 10 concepts will be provided to a panel of judges who will decide on the winning teams, who will be announced by February 15th.

The submission deadline is February 1st but make sure you give yourself the wiggle room to get as many votes as possible before then. Those that submit their concept(s) by first week of January will have the best chance to collect enough votes to make it as a top 10 finalist.
