On this video I reveal the 3D interplay prototype that I’ve developed throughout my Grasp Thesis at Fraunhofer FIT in Bonn, Germany. The system makes use of a depth sensing digital camera, which relies on the time-of-flight precept and measures part shifts of a mirrored infrared sign. My contribution is the computer vision algorithm, the gesture recognition approach in addition to the idea and implementation of the demo software.
